What happens after you ask
- We set up your practiceBy hand, from the details in this form.
- You get an invitation by emailIt carries a link to set your password. The link lasts about an hour. If it has expired, use Forgot password on the sign-in page and a new one comes straight away.
- You convert your own clients' documentsBank statements, supplier invoices and Convert to Excel, up to about 165 statement pages. Signing and the PDF tools are not part of the trial.
- After seven days, converting stopsThere is no card on file, so nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel. To carry on, pay by EFT or card and converting starts again.

A good fit
- Your practice uses Sage Business Cloud Accounting.
- Your clients bank with FNB, Absa, Standard Bank, Nedbank, Capitec, Investec Private Bank or Discovery Bank.
- Statements arrive as PDFs from the bank, or as scans.
Not yet a fit
- Sage Pastel, Sage Evolution, Xero or QuickBooks. Tell us which in the form and we will tell you plainly where we are.
- You want statements posted straight into Sage. Presies gives you a file to import.
- Photos of bank statements. Presies takes the PDF from the bank, or a scan.
