For accounting practices on Sage Business Cloud Accounting

Bank statements, converted and proved.

Upload a client's bank statement PDF and get a file Sage imports straight in. Every figure is checked against the statement first. If it does not add up, there is no import file, and you are told what failed.

Seven day trial, no card needed. In use at a paying accounting practice since September.

Bank statements in detail

What makes it trustworthy

It refuses rather than guesses.

If the figures do not prove out, you get no import file. You get a message saying what failed and where. You do not get a file that looks fine and quietly carries a wrong number into a client's ledger.

  • Every row, against the balance printed beside it. A misread row breaks the chain.
  • The statement's own totals, where the bank publishes them. The one check that does not depend on how we read the rows.
  • A scan is read twice, independently. If the two readings do not agree, it is refused.
  • A layout we cannot read yet says so, and it is never reported as a problem with your client's books.
