Cancel any time - from the Billing page (Manage payment details) or by emailing hello@greymc.co.za from your administrator's address. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for: converting keeps working until then, no further charges are made after it, and you can still sign in afterwards to view your conversion history.
Monthly fees are not refunded pro-rata for a partly used month, and unused credits have no cash value and are not paid out. If you are charged in error - a duplicate charge, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation - tell us and we will refund it in full through Paystack, usually within a few business days.
If a renewal payment fails, Paystack retries and emails you to update your card. Converting pauses until the payment settles; nothing is deleted. If your card cannot be fixed quickly, email us and we will sort it out directly.
